I haven't seen this video but the title and old thumbnail look very similar to a video made by Minaxa that was made a week or two before this one, my guess is that the thumbnail was changed to make the two appear more different, I want to say it is an honest coincidence but at the same time i'm generally suspicious of when a larger youtuber does this sort of thing to a much smaller youtuber, I'm just wondering if these videos have any similarity beyond their title and thumbnail?

Honestly I always assumed the monster at reception was just some monster they employed as the receptionist instead of employing an actual human so they don’t have to put them on their payroll, a sort of Rick and Morty-esque joke, I never expected the lore to be this deep. I knew there was definitely some kind of lore, especially with all these creatures, but I always thought that the lore wouldn’t take itself that seriously and perhaps be a blend of horror and comedy.
