This game makes much more sense than the utter bullshitery that is skull and bones. Itโs sad that ubisoft disregarded what the fans openly asked for. All they had to do was take a look at TEHO and modernize it with improved controls and graphics. Instead we got the cringy mobilegame like abomination.๐

The introduction of quest markers in this refurbish is a great QOL update. They had that in the age of pirates line of sequels and was sorely missed.

Oh god.. I remember back when this game came out my friends were jizzing all over this game telling me how good it is. I never played it but i remembered the videos they'd send me. Where they'd load up the Internet and forget to delete their history so a bunch of porn website suggestions would come up in the url as they manually typed youtube.

This is based from the old sea dogs BioWare engine. At the time it was an amazing bag of fun in 2005.

Fun Fact: This is a remake of a old game/series called "Sea Dogs." (This game in particular, is Sea Dogs: to each his own) and the Pirates of the caribbean game Kevin also played, was supposed to be the 2nd installment on the series, but (obviously) had Pirates of the Caribbean tacked onto it.
I'm looking for a blackwake 2. Nothing too complicated. Good style. Tons of cannons to load. Plenty of "booty jokes". That's my kind of game.
I'm hoping they make a pirate game similar to blackwake again soon. Maybe with the old source engine, but also with working ships. That'd be fun. I want to load cannons and make "booty" jokes.
Imagine a realistic pirate game, with executions for mutiny, slavery, colonization, sexual violence and general misery of how the real time period was.
Hey, Just so you and all your viewers know… This is the same game as Pirates of The Caribbean. For very complicated reasons, the Game Series is called "SeaDogs" and in reality there's several games in the series. It's semi-Abandonware, and all of them are literally the same game, same assets, same engine as from 20 years ago. Just now Various modding communities are making "new" games for it… that are little better than modpacks.

This game is a horrible remaster of Sea Dogs To Each His Own from 2012. The remaster really not worth your money, buy the original one instead.

Yes! I played Pirates of the Caribbean too and this looks like a more RPG version of it.
When Kevin had to think of a sea shanty, the first one that came to mind was The Wellerman, and that shows that he's a man of culture and class because that's one of the two best sea shanties there are. FYI, the other one is Leave Her, Johnny. If you don't believe me, listen to Jared Halley perform them and you'll know I'm right.
